Stated prices are indicative net amounts plus applicable VAT. Individual quotes are prepared on the basis of the respective project scope.
The client shall provide necessary documents, materials, access and feedback promptly. Delays caused by missing or late client input have no effect on the fee entitlement.
Delivered content, drafts and work results are deemed approved unless the client notifies isiomedia in writing of specific defects within 5 working days of receipt.
Work commences upon receipt of payment or an agreed deposit. isiomedia reserves the right to pause work until all payments and required materials have been received in full. In the event of late payment, work will be paused.
If the client provides data containing personal information of third parties, the client is solely responsible for informing those persons in advance about the processing by AI systems. isiomedia accepts no liability in this regard.
Two rounds of revisions per service package are included in the agreed project price. Further change requests that go beyond factual corrections or extend the original project scope will be invoiced separately on a time-and-materials basis.
For booked training sessions and workshops, cancellations are free of charge up to five working days before the agreed date. Cancellations after this point will be invoiced at the full agreed fee. Rescheduling is possible by agreement, subject to availability.
